No Lift on Lapsed Gear.No Shift Without First Aid.

Every crane, spreader and sling on a terminal carries a certificate with a date. X3 Terminals tracks each one, checks the vessel's gear register before you touch it and confirms each shift has a first-aid certified person on the pier.

The Exposure

Annual Exams. Four-Year Proof Tests. Every Device.

Each crane and derrick must be examined every year and proof tested as a unit every four years (29 CFR 1917.50(c)). The vessel's own gear can't be used until its register and certificates are current (29 CFR 1918.11). A first-aid certified person must be at the terminal whenever work is in progress (29 CFR 1917.26(b)).

The lift you make on expired gear is the one that fails. X3 puts it on the clock.

Every Device. Every Vessel. Every Shift.
