Every Three Months. Every Year. No More Than 18 Months Apart.
A facility security drill is due at least every 3 months. An exercise is due each calendar year with no more than 18 months between them (33 CFR 105.220). The plan must be audited every year with a certifying letter (33 CFR 105.415(b)). Miss one and the spot check finds it.
A drill you cannot prove is a drill you did not run. X3 puts it on the clock.

Every Plan. Every Deadline. One Screen.
X3 Port Security turns each plan into its clocks: the next drill, the next exercise, the next audit and the plan renewal, with the MARSEC level always visible.
Drill clock
At least one drill every 3 months per facility or vessel, counted down (33 CFR 105.220(b)).
Exercise clock
One per calendar year, never more than 18 months apart (33 CFR 105.220(c)).
Annual audit
Due one year from approval and every year after, with the certifying letter attached (33 CFR 105.415(b)).
MARSEC board
Current MARSEC level per facility, when it changed and whether attainment was reported.
Declarations of Security
Each DoS with vessel, date and MARSEC level (33 CFR 105.245).
Incidents & breaches
Breaches and suspicious activity logged with the report number.
Stop chasing dates. Start seeing them coming.
